Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 May 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you access Instagrowth, browse our website, contact us, or buy our digital social media growth services. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Business Information

Instagrowth provides digital social media growth services from 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at Support@instagrowth.uk.

2. Our Services

We provide digital services such as followers, likes, views, comments, saves, shares, and similar engagement packages for supported social media platforms. Services are delivered electronically to the public profile, post, channel, or page details you provide at checkout.

Instagrowth is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Google, ByteDance, or any other social media platform. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate order details, keep the relevant profile or content public while an order is active, avoid changing usernames or deleting target content during delivery, and ensure your use of our services complies with any rules that apply to your own accounts. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect links, private accounts, deleted content, platform restrictions, or changes you make after checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. You must confirm the order and pay using the available payment method before we start processing. We may reject, pause, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically impossible, unlawful, or likely to breach these terms.

5. Delivery

Most orders begin processing shortly after payment, but delivery speed can vary by service type, order size, account condition, platform availability, and technical limits. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless stated clearly on the relevant product page or in writing by support.

6. UK Cancellation Rights

Our services are digital services supplied online. If you are a UK consumer, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. By placing an order, you request that we begin providing the service as soon as possible. If the service is fully performed within the cancellation period after your request, your right to cancel may be lost. If you cancel after processing has started but before completion, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the part of the service already supplied, where allowed by law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Refunds and Retention

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, refunds may be available for non-delivery, duplicate charges, or confirmed issues we cannot resolve. Some services may include a refill or retention guarantee, which means we may attempt replacement before refunding the affected portion.

8. Platform Risk

Social media platforms can change rules, algorithms, visibility systems, or account restrictions without notice. We cannot guarantee follower retention, engagement behaviour, revenue, account growth, verification, reach, ranking, or protection from action taken by a platform.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, misleading scams, spam, hate content, adult exploitation, political manipulation, financial fraud, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe an order creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of followers from unrelated causes, or platform account restrictions outside our control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal obligations, or business processes change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws and courts of your home nation.
